The hotel is ideally located in the tranquil countryside of central Scotland, about an hour’s drive from Edinburgh and Glasgow and a stone’s throw from the historic city of Stirling. It lies at the heart of Dollar, a thriving rural community nestling in the shadow of the rolling Ochil Hills.

Our nine bedrooms, all en-suite with flat screen televisions and WiFi, benefit from recent refurbishment and our excellent restaurants offer the highest quality, locally sourced food prepared by our classically trained chef, Ian Hill. Delicious fresh breads and a mouth-watering selection of cakes and pastries are produced in our own on-site bakery.

We offer an extensive wine list, sourced from the best global producers by local wine traders Inverarity Vaults and if it’s a classic Scottish dram that you‘re looking for, try our well-stocked whisky bar.
